    I tried calling the zaftique to see what is going on with the larger sizes of their regular dresses like the comfy dress and the lady yesterday was very mean and hateful to me on the phone. She just said the larger sizes are on backorder and not available right now. I called again just now and asked her for the owner or a manager because actually I wanted to see if they have any more dresses available in the warehouse for sale because companies that discontinue items usually will sell the remaining items to customers who request them.   • BAD MEAN CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON



    I have come to rely on getting clothing from Zaftique for my massage wardrobe as I have to wear their size 3Z and I was meanly told yesterday that those sizes are no longer being produced. I called today to ask why and the lady just about cursed me out and told me I need to learn to listen. She did not tell me anything yesterday other than it is not being produced at this time. Many of the dresses I need are no longer available and say backorder. I have never received such horrible customer service in all my life. This company should be shut down for good. More...

    I returned a dress to this company within 4 days of receiving it. I called to verify that it was received in pristine condition. I was told that it was, and that they would credit my visa in the next statement.After many phone calls I was told that they were going credit my visa for the price of the dress,79.99 but since it took so long that they would add the s.h.to the credit. I was delighted. It is now June,after another call I am now being told that I have to wait for the owner Mr. Otto Tien to return from Japan,he is the only one that can o.k. the transaction.
